Money in PayPal account is stuck! Can't provide documents and can't even close my account!

Hi guys,

few months back my PayPal account decided to block the $500 I have in my account and no allow me to use it for any purpose. Even when there is an option that says "Accept the Money", it keeps telling me "There's a problem with your account". Everywhere I go, they say the same thing. I've tried almost everything, it won't even let me confirm my identity!

I've emailed PayPal 3 times, zero replies so far, tried calling twice, was put on hold for almost half an hour. I want to give up but I don't want them to get my $500 for free!

Can kind soul help me here at all!? I'm completely at a loss now 😞

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
