Hi can someone please help me? My daughter openned up a paypal account when she waa 15 (using different birthdate) to buy things. I had no idea this was allowed and that Paypal never verified her id. Now she is 16 and she started an official online business and she used the same paypal account for her customers to pay into without even thinking about the account. However the account reached over $1000 credit and paypal asked her to verify her id. She did and they subsequently withheld all her funds and banned her from using paypal. I would like to help her get her money back as it is her business revenue, and help her have access to paypal for her business she has a proper abn. Please help.
