My money has been held for over 180 days now. I received the email from paypal stating that my money was eligible for withdraw but it will not let me add my bank card to transfer and it also wont allow me to send cash to walmart either. I have called customer service all week and still no help. Customer service keeps telling me that it shows on their end that my funds are available for withdraw stating that it must be a gliche on my end but I still havent heard back from technical support.
