Money held for 180 days and not responding to complaints. Need to speak to account limitations
My account was limited back in December and my funds where held for 180days which was up in July, I’ve tried to contact PayPal in every way possible and made many complaints but it’s just getting ignored. There in no direct phone to PayPal any more other than to open a new account. Does any one know what I can do? Many thanks
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
