Hi all, £11.09 was taken from my bank account yesterday, was surprised as I hadn't bought anything. Checked my paypal and there was a payment sent to Ebay. I contacted ebay and they told me someone was using MY paypal to pay fees. They advised in contact paypal in resolution centre and they would refund me. PayPal however have said it wasnt unauthorized so cant refund. What do I do? Bank will be my next port of call if I cant get it sorted. How ridiculous. What I dont understand is I have 2 step verification on so a text would have to come through to me before accessing account. I have changed password but the lack of help from paypal means i will be closing my account with them and ebay. Any advise appreciated.
