I’m very disappointed in PayPal’s actions. My fiancé sent me money for Christmas2k19 to pay my rent on January 1st. PayPal supposedly sent the money to my Walmart money card via card number but I haven’t received it! It’s been over a month now and I have yet to get any help as to how to get my money back. It’s “OUT OF THEIR HANDS” is what they keep telling me. how is that possible when they initial transfer happened with you guys?! I’m providing statements to them showing them I have not received anything and they keep willing me there is nothing they can do! That was a little over $600 that was transferred fees taken from me and my fiancé just to send it and you guys can’t do nothin?! I feel as if I was robbed by PayPal.
