So my eBay account got hacked and they spent £120 on AirPods. I have the messages on eBay from the hacker to the seller of hacker trying to change the delivery address etc. They even changed my username. The transaction shows as PayPal on my bank statement with the sellers name, however doesn't show as a transaction on my PayPal account. Seller is also saying the payment got put on hold so he hasn’t had it either. After numerous phone calls, emails etc. neither ebay, PayPal or bank are willing to take ownership of this and I am £120 out of pocket. Please help / advise.
