Hello All, PayPal is not effectively dealing with the disappearance of my money. When attempting to make two transactions on November 29, I was simultaneously sent emails saying the funds would be transferred to my account instantly (they were not) and received a message that flashed on screen saying the funds were being delayed in a security check. They have been missing ever since. Their best response so far was to say they would check with the bank. The bank doesn’t have them. They disappeared in a puff on screen. I’m a HSBC to mouth reporter and was left without this money overseas. I’ve written to their executive office and called in three times. Twice I was cut off. They haven’t bothered to call me back. I believe this is s major flaw in their system and their response inadequate and unprofessional proving them incompetent at handing people’s money.
