I bought a Iphone screen from honglhk2014 at 23 des 2017, but the screen wasnt working properly. I wrote them an email and thay promised to send a new screen as a replacement. It never showed upp and I wrote new emails in february, april and may. I didnt get any response at all.
When I try to contact ebay customer service I cant do that because the purchase is to old and the item dont show up as an option. Only the latest purchases do.
Any recomadations howe i can get to these frauds ?
