My date of birth was incorrect when i opened my account and now when i have changed the date of birth then paypal emailed me that you are not 18 years of age but i am 20 years old right now, and I can't send or receive payments and can't use my accounts with other email address for paypal.

Paypal have now found out you opened an illegal underage account so you can no longer use that account even though you may be over 18 now.

The fact it was opened underage means its now banned.
