Dear PayPal,

I open account from Cyprus when i try to use my account in Saudi Arabia

i got  Reference ID: PP-007-254-877-294

i cannot use my account please i want to active my account to use it  in Saudi Arabia

or give me authorization to change my basic information

You can't change the country on a paypal account and if you are not in Cyprus then you can't use that paypal account.

You need to open one in your own country and then see if customer services will help you remove the bank account from the other account, they may not be able to do this however.
