Paypal is not a quality company any longer. Does anyone know how to appeal or dispute a so called resolution that they failed to actually investigate? I want to fight against paypal now since I am seeing so many others are having problems with them. Nutshell: order item, never received item. Disputed transaction, so called company provided a "tracking number" dispute closed in their favor. still never got the items i ordered. Paypal will not respond. Can't appeal. I ordered items because it had paypal as a way to pay. I thought I was safe. Guess not! Anyone have a way to contact corporate or should I just call a news station and have them investigate paypal themselves?
