Missing product, Closed Dispute and Noone Communicating with me.

I need some help. I'm am MHS member of staff and ran out of time to escalate a dispute with PayPal over an order I made 1 month ago. The company won't answere any of there emails and took forever to answere the disputes with PayPal. Ot won't allow me to open another dispute for help from PayPal I'm currently £66.97 out of pocket for a Christmas present that's never arrived. I hope there are people out there who can help. You can escalate a dispute to a claim at anytime up to 20 days post opening the dispute.

If you don't then it times out, so your only option then is if you funded your paypal payment via a card talk to your card issuer and see if they will help you.
