Hello, i have problem and i dont know how to solve it, i bought game funds with paypall, 79,99$ and 79,99$, i wanted to refund one because i wanted in the begining only 1 purchace and instead got 2. so i asked for refund from paypall, and the same time my account in the game got blocked due chargeback issues, now my the money i wanted to refund i have no idea where they are, the games support says they have refunded it and i havent gotten them to my bank or paypall account and also now the game is asking me to pay 200$ to open my account
