Hello people Im not satisfied with a using PayPal,because my money I haven t in my PayPal balance since beginning of april 2018. I wrote 2 letters to PayPal company service in Luxembiurg and Germany.Without answer. Missed my 130 euros (166 USD) to this date. Resolution center is problematic for a results. In a year 2013 payment from my card 2 times was wrong but to this date are missing my money too. Two negative situations with a PayPal. Period when PayPal was common with a eBay was a good. Not now.I dont know what to do? It s better to cancel PayPal account?
