Missing merchandise

What do you do when you have not received merchandise and the shipper has records of it being delivered to your house?

I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received your item. You may be able to file a dispute on the transaction. If you have already filed a dispute, I recommended contacting Customer Support to see if there are any other options. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
