Hi I ordered a cardigan and paid through paypal, I paid what I thought was £23.99 on checking my bank it added 4.80 tax, I originally disputed this but both pay pal and the company were blaming each other, in the end o resigned myself to just receiving my goods but they never came, I contacted PayPal who opened a dispute but they keep closing my claim as the company has sent them a tracking number which is false, the company name and tracking number sent to me by pay pal has changed several times, this cardigan was £27.89 I have spoken to paypal on several occasions but it keeps bouncing back as claim denied, I have still not received my goods please help
