So a seller sold me fake merchandise and we opened a dispute to which we agreed I would ship back and he would send the money. PayPal drafted the money from his PayPal account but I does not show pending like it normally does for payments sent to me! So he has the item back and I have no money. The case is closed but still no trace of money. The case number is: PP-006-791-741-212 please help me get my money back from being scammed!!
