This is the last communication I intend to have with PayPal as I will not be using the service as there now exists a mutual distrust , I notified you in good faith that a purchase was believed to be fraudulent and would you stop payment . Your decision
to consider the case was closed without consulting me was inexcusable . you informed me I had taken delivery of the item recorded by UPS on the 5th of April , I informed you I had indeed received a letter from china a unsolicited a small ornament worth less than a $1 in a box 3"x 2"xI/2 not a four wheeled battery driven scooter which I had paid $79 for ,when I remembered I had retained the Item and envelope so I could redeliver I tried to send another message relating the latter but I do not thing this was delivered because I was told the case was closed .
