Hi guys Thanks for your time. I bought an item on Banggood 3 days ago for $12.74 which was paid for via PayPal. Transaction went through with no issues. 2 days later I get an email from Banggood saying that due to a system issue the item was mis priced and should have been $120.74! They are now asking for a further "additional fee" of $59.91 if I still want the item. I bought the item in good faith. The system issue they speak if is nothing to do with me and I have already paid the agreed price at time of purchase. Are they not legally obliged to fulfill my order as we have a contract of sale through PayPal? Any help or advice would be appreciated. 👍😊
