Yes, I did read the post above. I just want to be sure if I understood it: So if I provide the document of my passport to PayPal, will they then transfer my money from my PayPal account to my bank account before freezing my PayPal account?
I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm just new in these type of things.

The answer is no. They will block the account and hold the funds for 180 days and will email you if you can withdraw the funds after the 180 days, if not, then you'll have either to contact them or wait until you're of age to get set up with a new account with customer service and the funds moved over if possible.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
