I ordered a mini bar and am still waiting for the item. Ordered on August 20,2020 invoice #JY15979457101507 for $29.98. And a mini wood chainsaw for 35.87 inv. #160164767048704. I have not received anything. I want my money back.
PayPal allows you up until 180 days from date of payment to dispute the charges. Beyond that you’ll have to dispute through your bank or card issuer to get a refund, it they’ll allow it.
