Middleman scam/unable to chargeback - help!

Basically, scammed by a fake middleman, lost 108$. Problem is, they also made me add a note that said: 'any attempt to chargeback will be fraud.' This money is really important to me, since I worked very hard for it. As soon as I filed a chargeback, of course PayPal closed the case the next day. I HAVE PROOF OF THE SCAMMER OFFERING AND AFTER THE SCAM. I urgently need a reply, please help...

I am sorry to know about what has happened. If you're not happy with the decision of the dispute, you can certainly appeal the case by selecting a closed case in the resolution center within 10 days from the dispute closed date. Here's the link to appeal.
