I have opened my PayPal account with middle name as that I use normally but now due to new legal requirements, PayPal asking for proof of identity in middle name, which I can't provide, PayPal holding my money over 1 year and I can't withdraw it, please advise, I have contacted them so many times but no reply
You have to have your legal name on a legal financial account.
If its not then the person that owns the funds in the account is the person named on that account who has a legal document to prove its their legal name.
