I opened a dispute on a charge from GoPro ( I was charged twice). I sent a message to the PayPal team and was told that I would get a notification when a response was sent back to me. I received the notification on my phone. I logged in through my phone...no messages. I logged in on the computer...no messages. Not even the one that I sent earlier is available.
