Hi. Yesterday I opened a dispute with a seller because I haven't received the item I paid for. The resolution centre says there's a message from seller, but I click on it and nothing appears. I looked in my messages centre and it says no messages. I'm confused. Do I have a seller message, or not? I didn't receive an email notification either. Do I have a message? If so, how do I open it? How do I contact paypal about it? TIA. Apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I'm seriously confused!
