I wanted to purchase 2 TB of space on Google Drive, and I confirmed my payment through PayPal, but after a few seconds, I get the pop-up message on Google prompting me the payment method. I may have made four payments when I only wanted one. Could someone please help fix this problem?
If and when all four charges are marked as completed in your PayPal account activity, click on one of the transactions and click "Report a problem", then choose:
I have a billing issue
Report issues with transaction amount, duplicate charges, refunds or canceled subscriptions.
