I ordered 10 female masks from this company and actually have 2 concerns. 1) They are huge - unless you are a large man. 2) I find that the material is not what I deem suitable for mask material. I would like to return the masks for full refund.
How do I contact the company direct? I hate to send them back without prior authorization and I want to be assured I will receive FULL REFUND.
