Make second dispute on same transaction

I made an initial dispute on a transaction that I thought was a scam, but the item ended up arriving months later. Once I received the items they were NOT at all as described and the seller wasn’t responding to their 100% return policy. I tried to open another dispute with PayPal for “significantly not as described” but it seems you can only log one dispute per transaction. Any ideas on how to open up a new dispute for the same transaction? Thanks in advance!
