I made an offer on eBay through a private message directly to the seller. They accepted and we completed the transaction through PayPal. I didn’t receive my rather large amount of nectar points- it’s been weeks.
If you were to get nectar point to buy from eBay and you didn't technically checkout through eBay but through PayPal on the sly (don't know if PayPal is eligible for nectar points) then that could possibly explain you not getting any points. And eBay and PayPal are not longer one company, they split for 4-5 years already.
