My paypal Account was permanently locked for over 200 days, despite the fact that i got an email telling me that i am eligible for withdrawal, i've contacted the over 16 times and spoke to the agents , all they say to me is the account is still under review,, please i need that money it is over 22,000 usd an over 200 days i need that money
