Paypal ask me to explain few payments i received.

that were ebay auctions, that are already completed.

items sent on time and feedback received.

i am trying to provide this info but each time it says: SORRY WE CAN NOT COMPLETE YOUR LAST ACTION

so simply telling they keep all my money and dont even let me to solve an "issue" 

when the issue is Ebay completed sales.

is that fair from paypal???
