MY DISPUTE !! PAYPAL HAVE THE WRONG ITEM??

I asked Paypal to help with an item i bought which isnt working properly ! They are setting up the dispute BUT HAVE THE WRONG ITEM !!!

SO I NEED TO TELL THEM THIS ??

PLEASE REPLY TO ME RESOLUTION  TEAM?

it was the item costing £ 250.00 

not £ 200.00
