MY CREDIT CARD BEING USED BY ANOTHER PAY PAL ACCOUNT

Every month all sorts of PayPal transactions are being charged to my credit card. That credit card is NOT linked to my paypal account. Nor do I even use PayPal, ever!

My credit card company will dispute the charges and send a new card and the charges keep occurring! Someone with a paypal account has obviously linked their my card with their account and there is no placed on all of the PayPal help menus for thhis kind of problems.

They simply need to investigate the transactions and see who is using the card and close their account for fraud!

This seems to be the same issue for me. Orders being placed for H&M and leaving by bank acc but not showing up on my PayPal Acc or h&m account. My account is restricted and it’s asking me to verify a bank card number that isn’t even linked to me. Not sure how I can resolve this without speaking to an actual person!
