I filed a dispute case with PayPal. I got a full refund. I claimed the items were not actual vionic. They are cheap counterfeits. It took a long time. The company will offer you a full refund if you return the item. They know you will not return because it costs more to ship than the purchase price. I just escalated the claim. If you used a credit card for the purchase, you can dispute the charge with your issuer.
