Has anyone besides me been **bleep** over by Paypal resolution services? My wife ordered a package back in May and we still never received it. Paypay denied my claim because the sender sent them a postal code. We have tried to contact the seller numerous times with no luck. They told me to send a letter from the post office stating I did not receive the package to an email address, They wont even allow me to put the email address they sent me in this message. After i sent the email the sent me a response telling me to open a paypal account. THey are even limiting to what i say in this message. Short of suing them is there a way to get actual help from these people?
