What can I do when my dispute for item not received was denied because seller provided tracking number for supposed? I have opened a claim with UPS for the package. Upon my trying to track the package I discovered that ups initially claimed they had left the package at my home on the 1st of May, left so said at the side door of my residence. Another thing the package was for a 15ft Skywalker trampoline Dunk n jump with enclosure BUT THEY said on the shipping information it weighs 1.7 lbs. But now that there is an ongoing investigation to where the package is location they have no further information. At this time. PayPal completely disregard my request with me begging them to take into consideration that the e-store has-been sighted for being a fake store front for scammer's. Even sent links to PayPal supporting my claim. I'm out right at 100.00 and PayPal.com just slapped me in the face! Help!!!

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment or that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.

 

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page), via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.


Advice is voluntary.

Im afraid that you haven't read what I've said. The e-store vemwear.com WILL NOT RESPONSE TO ME OR THE UPS. But that's okay with me. I've been with PayPal Prepaid for about 4 years now and I ha e never had such problems with them. When I got the PayPal cash card I didn't realize that they were 2 different entities. If I had known what I know now I would not have made the mistake of opening that account with PayPal.com this whole ordeal is nonsense. Y'all do not protect your customers and card holders! I didn't sign up for this. This company is adding in people like vemwear.com and others to scam unsuspecting paypal.com customers!
