I requested a EBay invoice to include postage to France from the .UK the seller sent this and I clicked on pay now , which I did from Pay Pal funds , my PP statement now says the transaction is complete but instead of the recipient being the seller it states EBAY help , and of course the seller has not received his money , I reported this to PP As a fraud and they say it was not and now I-can have no further conversation with them as they say case closed, I received no help or any from PP but am£675 down and not very happy with Pay Pal or EBay , In short I can not print howI feel about thenm
