I lost my paypal dispute and the buyer says he got his refund back. When will paypal take the money from my account since I need that money to pay my bills.
When PayPal dispute is opened, the disputed funds are immediately deducted from your PayPal account and held pending outcome of dispute. Since you lost the dispute, the refund was issued to the buyer from the held funds. So the money in your PayPal balance is free and clear to go to your bills.
