I sold some clothes via Facebook marketplace and the buyer paid my Paypal Goods and Services. Hermes (the courier) have lost the parcel. I need to work out how to refund the buyer and whether I can claim via Paypal for the monies lost as it was paid goods and services. Any ideas? thank you
