I had to file a lost package claim. The seller insisted I pay the 3% on a 1250 purchase. I live in the Minneapolis area and due to the resent unrest I feel that this had something to do with it. How likely am I to win, I wanted to work it out with seller but, he was throwing around accusations and was in reasonable. Any advice would help, this is a huge loss for my family.
