so on september 15 i bought a pair of sneakers and a t-shirt from a seller in switzerland worth 350chf, he sent the package by swiss post and arrived in romania in a week but when i wanted to pick it up customs demanded almost a quarter of what I paid. I was shocked because I did not expect this and I refused the package asking the seller to find another alternative. The last status of the package is on September 29 when he left the country. I called the post office but they told me it could take up to 3 months to make a decision. I asked the seller to give me my money back because the package was insured but he did not want to. I have already started the dispute on paypal but I don't know if I will get my money back ..
