I placed an order with payment to be made through PayPal. Item not delivered and PayPal payment is "Pending"
Supplier has lost details of my order and cannot recognise my email address so I am unable to email cancel or re-order whilst PayPal does not let me cancel the still pending payment and I cannot message them about it to tell them why. I can find no way to contact them by messaging nor by resolution centre. Keep going round in circles so trying this way for suggestions.
