Lost my phone number. How to solve the problem?

I created a dispute by myself and my account was limited because Paypal thinks that some unauthorized activities happen (not true).

Now I can't lift this limitation.

I input my password, then Paypal ask me secret questions - I answer, but then Paypal ask me for code that they sending me by sms or call me.

But I lost this number a year ago ! I am stuck. How to lift this limitations ?

I know my password, I know answer on my secret questions. I have my documents....

If you are unable to log back into your account, this would require for you to give Customer Service support a call. You can find the number by going to the bottom of any PayPal page and clicking either "Help" or "Contact."
