Does anyone else have a problem with PayPal not responding to a payment held until transactions went through and then you gave delivery transaction number but paypal still refunded money back to buyer. Just list $100
Was the payment unclaimed for longer than 30 days and subsequently returned to sender? Is that what happened?
Or did the buyer file a item not received dispute? If so did the tracking info status say the shipment was delivered? PayPal will refund the buyer if tracking info shows a status other than “delivered”. Once it show delivered, contact PayPal to appeal.
The buyer received his product and was very happy. Buyer says PayPal never returned his money. On my end it still reads pending. When I called customer service they were no help and told me my money was returned. Its upsetting because I tried numerous times to contact them through messages and no response.
