In Feb. 2020 I rented a car Budget Rental cars using my PayPal account. When the pandemic hit I had to cancel all my arrangement, airlines and I cancelled my rental car with Budget. I was told at the time that this reservation was cancelled. Budget did say that that reservation was cancelled but I had a coupon if I wanted to rent a car before the end of 2020? Now Budget is telling me I lost the entire $533.52 because I didn't cancel with 6 months? Is there anything Budget can do to help with this resolution?
