Lost funds

i didnt log in for some time and when i did my funds were lost how do i get them back?

Paypal put a limitation on my account and I had $120,000.

today I see my balance is zero PayPal took all my money

any pieces of advice what to do, I have heard Paypal will charge a $2500 penalty if they close your account but not $120,000

should I go and find a lawyer or what to do
