Hi
Lately I have been getting many packages that have been lost in the mail. These are packages that don't have tracking or insurance from the post office. These are mostly cassettes and CDs. I ship everything CanadaPost and things like cassettes and CDs can be sent regular mail ie. no insurance or tracking
Is there a way to utilize Paypal to recover my lost money?
Thanks for the help!
Dave

The only way paypal can tell if an item was delivered to a buyer or not is by a tracking number.
So you don't have to send trackable but you lose any seller protection if you don't and would lose any buyer claim for non receipt of item unfortunately.
You may have some claim against the postal service you used, check with them?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
