Lost 2 appeals

I have had 2 appeals declined over a tracking number not being accepted by PayPal.

I have proof from the seller that they have received the item back and I sent this to Paypal along with numerous other documents proving that the item was delivered. One of the documents I sent was a picture of the seller (eglobal) holding the device as they wanted the pin number to open device. I sent it back under the 14-day terms and because it was faulty. PayPal has even refunded me my postage costs.

 

What more can I do?

If the seller is refusing to refund you then all I can suggest is either

 

1. Small claims court if that is available in your country or

2. If you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will help you.
