Loss of trust

I purchased some items from Jinzhou Network Technology Co., LTD Sept-05th-2020 via PayPal. Tracking number were provided. However, months after months, I waited patiently (of course I was told due to covid-19, delivery is being delayed.

I checked the tracking number the seller provided, but there was no such thing in Canada tracking system, nor the china post.

I reported this to PayPal, the resolution was my case for asking for refund is being denied, because the seller did provided them with tracking number being sent to me.

I do not thing PayPal care at all.

I want justice and people to know, PayPal is not there to help their customer.
